For a while now I've been looking for an alternative way to write bash scripts. A language that has intuitive and deep integration with shell. I think I might have found it in @raku_lang. Anyone else? Do you have better languages out there?

Today I found out that @jenkinsci can read pipeline from a repo separate from application code that it deploys. Not sure since when this neat little feature was there, it just makes me happy to have it 😃

Been using @TogglTrack for years, and was pretty happy. Then tried running the app/web app/browser extension on M1 Mac Book Pro and the thing can't track time! @Clockify on the hand works like a charm. Hussle, but guess no choice other than switching over the whole team.

A lesson in ECS cluster updates: - yum update on all packages - yum update ecs-init, but not docker - yum update of the docker, but not the ecs-init Can lead to a mismatch in ecs-init and docker versions, which will cause the ecs agent not to start.
