Wow, MSEDCL's futuristic system resolves power outage complaints before fixing them! 🤯 My area's supply failed, apparently since 6:00 am on August 19, 2025 its 17 hrs now App not working chatbot fails to register complain customer care is helpless as they do not have answers

#MSEDCL complain registered one hr ago Consumer No. 001540430795 31/01/2024 complain No. 1 no power supply keep counting number of times Power supply fails in a day everytime it fails I will register a complain how many times in a day @MSEDCL power supply is disrupted daily
