Disappointed with @lufthansa flight to Frankfurt and Birmingham delayed by 3 hours without any advance notice. Flight cancelled and 2 flights merged. Then in the connecting flight I'm asked to carry my laptop charger in my hand and put my bag in cargo! #customercare
