Incident#SR00002H03E3. This is not the first time, it happened 3 times in Jun. Each time took 5-7 days to resolve. Customer Service is sooo good, they will just read out the message that we see in myJio ticket status. Need urgent fix. @reliancejio @JioCare

No resolution even after 29 days of complaining of the @myjio_app Set top box being blocked by Jio. No calls or help by Jio. Service fees charged for the entire month without any services. @_MukeshAmbani can you intervene? #customerService @consumercourtin @jagograhakjago

Why did I switch to #myJio - one of the stupidest things I’ve done. The moment there is rain, the service is down. This current hassle is now over 48 hours old. And it’s not like they’ll not ask for money the moment the due date is up! THAT they don’t forget to ask.

Third class. I was not able to use internet from 2 days. I was trying to contact customer care on 198 but call couldn’t connect. Myjio app is worst. Whole jio team is fraudulent. Reliance is thief. @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare

This is what really @reliancejio is i took a trail connection of @JioFiber and i do not like it and wanted to disconnect have a chat in myjio the robot ask me to call or mail sent mail 2days ago no responce 18008969999 has no option to connect with officer so im not pay any bill
