Realize what is controlling you in every moment! Are you operating from fear? Most people I know are. It's not enough to acknowledge what upsets us -- the next step will be to ask WHY it does

📌📌All it takes is a quick check-in when you're starting your day. How do you feel? What type of thoughts are you having? If you are aware your energy is off/low, at the very least you can be more prepared to deal with it rather than be a blind victim of your own imbalances📌📌

When you see repeating numbers, is it usually the same number you usually see...OR do you happen to catch pretty much all repeating numbers, not just specific ones? One day I will share the story behind mine, which are 444, 527 & 252. Comment the numbers that follow you!
