We are currently hiring for a trading role at our firm. Trading will mostly be stock and index options. Ideal candidate is 0-5 years experienced with IIT/IIM or top notch academic background. Refer attached doc. I did put this up 4 months back also and we hired 2 candidates.

Stock options guy will understand the risk of not diversifying today. Again issue will be more with people trading with less capital as they can only have position in limited stocks. Even if Adani was 10% of portfolio hit will be big. @SarangSood

Before getting lured in by this nonsense for trading to be a rewarding career it makes sense only if you can do it on large scale. Putting screenshot of making 1 lak a month at even 100% ROI is non sense. You don't want to be trading to make 15-20 laks a year. 2/n

Some traders are posting 40%ROI in a month, some are showing crores of profit in 3 entities combined, some are saying they make 11%CAGR and want to reach 1000 of crores. Being part of an actual trading desk I am sitting and wondering bhai kyun bana rahe ho. 1/n
