I built a Notion system to manage 5+ platforms from 1 content idea because I had to. Now, even our company’s freelancer uses it for her other clients. Here’s how it helped us both, and why I’m turning it into a template. #BuildInPublic #ContentCreators Thread 👇
I’ve seen what happens when leadership avoids hard truths. It doesn’t protect anyone. It just breaks trust over time.
Loyalty without clarity becomes emotional labor. You keep showing up, but wonder who it’s really for.
People don’t burn out from hard work. They burn out from feeling invisible while doing it.
We had hundreds of leads. A flashy campaign. Lots of noise. Almost no conversions. Our agency said we were the problem. Turns out we were just attracting the wrong people. Lesson: Leads aren’t leverage unless they convert. Clear positioning beats loud promotion every time.
Build repeatable workflows. Your brain is for big ideas, not remembering how you publish your newsletter.
Solopreneurship teaches you everything: how to pitch, how to write, how to rest, how to doubt, how to keep going.
Sometimes the hardest part isn’t building the product. It’s believing anyone will care.
If someone shadowed you for a week, what would surprise them most?
Your customers are your best marketers. Treat them well, and they'll spread the word for you.
What’s a small win you had this week that deserves a little celebration?
Success isn't a destination; it's a continuous journey. Celebrate milestones, but keep moving forward.
