Hello everyone, I am 15 and I want to be better in health. I am eating fast food all time nonstop, this makes my health very bad. - Eating fast food - Eating the same foods every time - Waking up around 2 PM - Sleep at 3-4 AM - Bad posture chairs - Looking at screen for 10 hours with no breaks Since 1 year, here is what I am eating ALL the time: + Same breakfast + Pasta + Oreo + Pizza This is what I am eating all the time, and I believe that those foods make me tired and not healthy. I cannot change my food routine but I want to, because I have obsessions with it! I currently have lots of customers going on which is great, from now on I will be %100 transparent on everything what I do From what I make to how I work, everything will be on my account. And now I really want to do @bryan_johnson's Don't Die Program slowly, and do my works very better. Stay safe.
follow @BowTiedOx speak to your parents about cooking you healthier meals so you don’t have to think about it back when i scaled my roblox startups to have hundreds of thousands of users my diet was also absolutely terrible but the sooner you at least attempt to fix it partially it’s a night/day difference

@nugetdot All you do is fullfil all the calories proteins and vitamins a person needs in a day atleast 7 hours of sleep and do 10 mins jog and 10 mins walk 2 times a day and ur done if u want more info put all this info in chat gpt it will acutually tell you what to eat and what not.
