I think @Ticketmaster should refund us the crazy add on fees from the @taylorswift13 ticket debacle!!! My fees alone were almost $300! That’s ridiculous😡 @taylornation13

Thank you @Ticketmaster for making us wait ALLLLLLLL DAY for tix and then charging $247.60 service fee!!!!! I think we deserve a refund for your incompetence! We are happy we get to see @taylorswift13 but not happy with TM! @taylornation13 😡😡😡
