I'm not feeling well rn. Physically, I am sick. Emotionally, I am feeling so sad. Mentally, it is just so draining. Hoping to get better physically, it might improve my overall mood and might help me want to study again with gusto. LabaRN to all SN right now!

it certainly diminishes your motivation when the people around you will only see you spending your day in front of a laptop, sleeping, and eating whenever you want instead of studying hard, having a rest, and having the time to take nutrition for the body

this is me breaking down: i cry for 5 min. finished all my schoolwork works let my body and mind rest for a day or 2 continue keeping myself motivated and inspired experiencing failure while trying to think positive emotional turmoil piling up again back to step 1

I think it's normal if we can't see the mistake in our actions because we are the ones doing it but what's not normal and not okay is if you guys saw that what I'm doing is a mistake or not good and you did not even bother correcting me. I won't realize and learn from it.
