Brother, you nailed it. Let’s compare. 1️⃣In Russia before 1917, there were plenty of “patriots” who loved their Motherland. But they figured the rot in government would fix itself, or that Tsar and ministers knew better. They muttered in kitchens, maybe shook fists at meetings.... but when Bolsheviks moved, most stayed quiet. Their silence built Lenin’s throne.💥 2️⃣In Germany, same story. Veterans, workers, and priests all said they loved the Fatherland. But when inflation gutted families and Hitler promised revival, they looked the other way at the crackdowns, the book burnings, the neighbors dragged off. Their “patriotism” was waving flags while liberty bled out in the street. Now... let's look at us. We got millions calling themselves patriots. But too many think posting on X is enough. Too many today can’t even drag themselves, or their circle, to the polls. Brother, that’s the same sickness👉complacency wrapped in red, white, and blue.🇺🇸 Patriotism isn’t a bumper sticker. It’s sacrifice. It’s vigilance. It’s saying NO when saying NO costs you something. ‼️ If we don’t wake up and act, our “patriotism” will go down in history like theirs.... proud words, empty deeds, and a paved road for tyranny.
