@HSBC_UK As suspected - @HSBC don’t care about their customers! Private messaging achieves nothing. Look at trust pilot @ HSBC_UK - sometimes you have to acknowledge when you are not providing a good service! 1 star rating is what you have on there and I thoroughly concur!

@HSBC_UK No thanks - it’s just to get me off social media! the behaviour of your customer escalations team - who don’t investigate a complaint! I have proof - happy to share on here? They just palm you off to the financial ombudsman- rude and if you “aren’t happy go to another bank!

@HSBC_UK Hmmm not really good enough when responding to a query! Not like HSBC used to be which is sad!

@HSBC_UK what has happened to your service! Have been with you since I was 11 - a listening bank! I have never felt less premier than I do in last year! Worst customer service and the complaints handler - didn’t investigate - just wants to palm off to ombudsman! Awful!

@British_Airways Where is the business that was #Britishairways? I think it’s gone - no people capable of answering a phone and talking to people - I think if you checked; you made more money when people are happier and could speak to people and unemployment was less - maybe something consider?
