I had transferred 48k IMPS amt to @KotakBankLtd ac from @ICICIBank however the amt did not get credited. On asking @KotakBankLtd they say d fault is of @ICICIBank @ICICIBank_Care . This is d 3rd time happening in d last 3 months. Both are saying to wait for 2 days. @RBI pls note.

Almost its been one week since paying for office rental agreement @NoBrokerCare @nobrokercom. Customer rep says will revert but nothing happens. Pathetic customer support and delay. Avoid their agreement services.

Considering so many online frauds and many happens when people land on wrong page of a bank or public services. A simple solution can be a blue tick or verified by Google on google search result so users are sure to use that link @Google @talksatgoogle

Hello @ICICIBank_Care @ICICIBank Just recd a call, but it was semi automated asking for current eco situation as a courtesy call to client and abruptly ended, twice it happened. Just wanted to report as it was sounding suspicious kinda.

The customer care of all d big companies shd really change. A simple system wherein d customer selects or puts the issue, time when he / she can take the call back, that's it. Instead of the boring dial this and dial that and explain and reexplain. #customercare #CustomerService
