i ate something during the day (like midday) + pineapple and my mum was cooking dinner and she was like want some - i said idk and she said well you’ve already had dinner anyways. love it when mother fuels eating disorder
i hate having an eating disorder. i wish i could function academically. i used to be so good at school. if anyone has any tips pls let me know. just on revision/how to stay focused/motivated. because i want to do well i just dont have the energy to do anything more than minimum
ive lost 1 1/2kgs since sunday? im 65.2? pog? this & morning skinny = motivation to not eat breakfast
stopped tracking calories but am still counting calories.. 😭 it just makes me have a compulsive meltdown and i need to function. i sidnt eat anything until 6pm and had a small ready meal omad :p like 450cals
i was made to eat because my mental health is not great atm. i dont wanna go into full blown episode but yass cant sleep
nvm she figured out im not on my meds because i said i was getting memory lapses and is trying to force me to eat and treating me like im an alien 👍👍👍

its so hard when u used to be underweight. but are a healthy weight now.
i ate a bagel earlier that my mum got me and i feel so guilty. like im fine restricting until i get HANDED food otherwise it seems sus. i dont wanna get help im not even underweight lol
ive gained so much weight the past couple of months i want to off myself. it takes way more time and pain to lose the same weight u gained
thinking about whether my past lw will even be low enough. :/ i just think of the times were ive tried to open up to my mum ab having an ed and shes gone ‘no i dont think u have/had anorexia’ fkn hate her.
just put on a pair of tiny ill-fitting shorts to humble myself
ALSO 6 DAYS BINGE FREE. once i get past a week i’ll be fucking randy.
once i get back below 65kg/BMI 21.2 (im a tall bitch) im never letting myself go over it again. once i get below 60kg/19.6 i’ll feel safe in my body again. i know it won’t be enough but i’ll feel safe.
one more cigarette before my parents get home 👍 ive eaten 500 cals today and i plan for it to stay that way.
i forget how good it feels to see the number go down on the scale. icw to weigh myself tomorrow morning becuz ik it’ll be a lower number than today. self control 🤗
