Next week in ‘Think Safe’ Lewis & I will be doing a talk on the use of social media. We will be talking about privacy settings and keeping safe. An example of this is how pictures on the internet aren’t always private. Let's see how far this photo will travel - please RT!

We find it difficult to talk openly about our mental health issues, because we think we'll be seen as 'loony'. We need to remove the stigma by having the conversation. We need to be able to reach out. #QuantumHug
