Met this neighbour for the first time ever today and in conversation he mentioned he's gonna buy (& wear at all times) a vest & a gun if he moves to the US. And get this, my response was 'Everyday?? Wow you're pretty comitted to living.' My darkness is overflowing guys.

Yes I currently live in a different continent than I've grown up in; but at this point of time I've isolated myself so much, the *only* notifications I get are app promotions.

i enjoy feeling safe in my relationships. not safe in terms of this is “comfortable” safe but more like… wow i can rely on you to consistently show up for me emotionally, spiritually and physically, over span of time. preferably years.

The fact that I can work for 12 hours and love it and be this cheerful person at work who never talks without a smile on her face with gleaming eyes but the moment I get home and sit down and breathe I can feel my heart break & ache is painful to watch and feel for myself.

Is it normal to mourn a relationship you don't want anymore? I don't want the person. I don't want the relationship. I just want to feel safe and that was the most secure relationship ever? Also I'm having a meltdown, and watching The Social Dilemma. Very interesting (ADHD coded)
