Yikes. This isn’t a joke. It causes a ton of anxiety for the person doing it and a huge amount of misunderstanding for those around them. Be assured this isn’t purposeful. Be understanding. More anxiety means the tic happens more often #tics #tourettesyndrome #tourettesawareness

Yep. This is a tic too! In fact, ANYTHING can be a tic. Sometimes it’s hard to decipher what is tic and what is behavior... Don’t assume anything. Take time to really observe and understand what is going on. Be patient and kind #patsa #tics #tourettesyndrome #tourettes #awareness
