Hey, @Delta how many times are you going to change the flight between @RDUAirport and @mspairport the weekend of Jan 10? Bad enough you have a monopoly on direct flights between the two airports, but you have changed the time 3 times after we booked it. We make plans, too…

So here’s another reason why @Delta sucks. Booked a flight on Delta to Mumbai. They took my money and put me in KLM checkin when I arrived. Neither app gave me boarding pass on phone. Coming home, same issue. I can’t get my boarding passes online or seat changes in either app.

So, @united… if I left My bag unattended in an airport, it would removed and destroyed. My bag got returned to YOW baggage claim instead of being delivered to my final destination. I have called, messaged & emailed. Yet, my luggage with an AirTag hasn’t moved in 18 hours. HELP

A little bummed that @united was offering to let me change my flight to leave a day earlier but for a change fee of $1,535 (to be on an empty plane, yesterday). My booked flight is now going to be more than 90 minutes late and I will be missing my last flight out connection.

We are on our 3rd Encode wi-fi lock in less than a year. All suffer the same issue, the touchpad dies. We have a short-term rental property and we are remote owners. What can we do other than cuss-out @Schlage_Locks when the firmware posts 0.0 in App and touchpad dies?

Hey, @ATTHelp ! There are several of us in 27502 that have lost our internet access via AT&T Fiber, today. Is this something which we can get an update on? Like is it being worked on? Or should we start to acknowledge the @googlefiber folks canvassing our neighborhood?

Hey, @Uverse! There is a cluster of customers in 27502 that have lost our fiber connected internet, today. What’s the prognosis on the situation? Are we getting internet back, or should we be accepting the offers from Google Fiber as they go door-to-door in the neighborhood?

So, the team at @RDUAirport are asking what we want for parking. For years, we keep saying “A dedicated app”. Now they send a “formal” survey using Google Forms and ask us about catering and oil changes in a remote parking area rather than what we want in app #clueless

Wow, @Delta the plane for flight DL2836 must be HUGE. Its status has been #BOARDING since 3pm today. Its 8:11pm, now. How about some real update on what that plane is doing in BOS?!?

So, we were told that the flight is delayed because they cannot find one of the flight cabin crew. Yet, @AirCanada has a different version of story online. Something about cabin prep, for a 45 minute flight that only dispenses water, they need more time to prepare for. @FAANews

⁦@KwiksetCorp⁩ your tech support tools force customers to give up. I sent you the documentation and one of your flunkies sent a stock list of questions while acknowledging that I sent screen grabs with all the info. Then I have to use your link to re-submit answers well
