Happy to share that Patiala has been ranked the cleanest city of Punjab in recently declared #SwachhSurvekshan2021 ranking. It was possible only due to the hard work of Municipal Corp. employees & administration and specially due to immense support from the people of the city.

Our worst fears are coming true. With Pakistan backed Taliban taking over Afganistan, terrorism is increasing in Kashmir. Minorities are being selectively targeted & now five soldiers have been killed in action in Surankote sector. We need to deal with it decisively and firmly.

And frankly, @ArvindKejriwal, I thought you knew your Constitution, which clearly says that u/Article 254 (II) states can seek amendment to central laws for local & contextual needs, as has been done in many cases, specially in CPC & CrPC laws. Maybe you could check it now! (2/3)
