Chronic migraine is a condition where a person has headaches on more than 15 days each month, for at least three months. Of these, at least 8 days involve symptoms typical of migraine. This diagnosis is made only if the headaches aren’t caused by overuse of pain medication.

The Migraine brain is more sensitive to temperature fluctuations, much more sensitive to high temperatures high humidity, changes in barometric pressure and bright light. High heat can also trigger other conditions, such as asthma, which add to the burden of Migraine #sunlight
