I have one used @dhanicares card and after using i had payed money but after that i am not able to get any OTP what is the further process to get rid of it or else tell us that we can delete app

Finally it has been improved but still can't get satisfaction with the speed need some more improvement and i have changed my router and lan cable still you can see in the picture @GTPL_Hathway Please do something.
