@KiaUK shocking response passing the buck over to @TheRAC_UK customer service at its worst. Take responsibility Kia Assist contracts RAC who then sub it out to cheap local firms. Don’t buy a Kia as they leave you stranded.

When hiring from @UKEnterprise I recommend getting a full inspection on a ramp to check the tyres aren’t provided with a screw already in place. They will charge and add an admin fee to the customer despite authorising a new tyre when assuring your not being charged.
