Poly tunnel finished and first plants in. In the winter we’ll put in raised beds but as the weather has been so rubbish I needed to get things moving, hence the grow bags. The seedlings have suffered, a bit of Epsom salts and a liquid feed will soon perk them up.

@angelalambert14 @permacultureGB Have book also. Would have concerns about taking it internally & how it would interact with/intensify prescribed medicines. Does penetrate the skin & into the system when applied topically-I use cautiously that way. For some it creates an unpleasant body odour & skin agitation.

Prioritising #soil health is the key to the sustainability of future #farming. Reducing the amount of fertiliser, pesticides, fuel, and herbicides can provide much higher returns on the bottom line, especially when integrating cover crops, direct drilling, and #polyculture!

Feeling nearly as low today as I did in 2020 when we thought we were the only ones who thought what we did. I know we aren’t alone but not enough people have woken up. And I just feel so disconnected from the world. I don’t think that will ever change, however hard I try.
@permacultureGB Four years ago I was put on a beta blocker for " hypertension ". I took it for about 5 days, broke out with a huge psoriasis episode on my elbow. I looked it up and sure enough it was a side effect. I stopped it and never went back. I'm 61, healthy, no meds.
@permacultureGB Avoid any of the floxins. It took four years for my tendons to go back to normal.
