Perplexity is excited to announce our first philanthropic venture: a gift to Northwestern's @MedillSchool @knightlab. This research will continue exploring how journalists can responsibly use AI and other ways tech and news companies can collaborate. Learn more pplx.ai/northwestern
@perplexity_ai @MedillSchool @knightlab Can't wait to see the outcome of this great news!!!
@perplexity_ai @MedillSchool @knightlab That’s great
@perplexity_ai @MedillSchool @knightlab 1. Perplexity I would like to give feedback on the inconvenience of searching, but I couldn't find the feedback button. Please add a feedback button to the bottom right of the search bar. 2. Perplexity search results are often displayed in English instead of the preset language.
@perplexity_ai @MedillSchool @knightlab Yet again Perplexity fails. It “could not find” a YouTube channel no matter how many clues I gave it. This one was Legally Armed America. Questions Butler narrative, so shoved out of sight. PXTY is a nudge machine
@perplexity_ai @MedillSchool @knightlab Shouldn't your mission being cleaning up the streets in your city first and foremost?
@perplexity_ai @MedillSchool @knightlab Well you are definitely harming journalism and attribution widely, a few gifts or some PR won't actually help.
@perplexity_ai @MedillSchool @knightlab That’s nice 🙂
@perplexity_ai @MedillSchool @knightlab nice contribution.
@perplexity_ai @MedillSchool @knightlab Another test: I asked if the Swift boat claims against John Kerry were true. All I got were references to wikipedia, MSM, and fact checks, no primary sources. Point being, this was useless for research. I could go to those wiki’s and look at footnotes myself. Not worth $20/mo.
