i'm so sorry but if u r still tracking calories, waiting for time to pass so u r "allowed to eat", spending time in ed places, trying to make every meal "healthy"&"clean", purposefully avoid situations where u might eat/try out food etc are u actually in recovery😐

Hello! Sorry for not interacting with you... I abandoned twt because I've been suffering of several digestive problems, viruses etc... and not being able to recover properly like you do made me suffer. I now feel better. Looking forward to stay in touch with you all again💗

Recovery WORKS because last time I was on vacation I basically cried the whole time, I didn’t wear any clothes I wanted to, I didn’t eat anything I wanted to, I remembered hiding away to take body checks, I literally felt dizzy/sick 24/7. But this time? NONEE OF THAT!!! None.

The fact there's people that can live without extra virgin olive oil. Imagine waking up at night and not being able to snack on bread and extra virgin olive oil. Instead you've got butter or some shit. A mediterranean's biggest nightmare. All my girls love extra virgin olive oil
