Launching and leading the development and growth of @pgn_eth has been a complete joy, thanks to the support from @gitcoin, getting to work with mighty rockstars @kbw @sophiadew_ @lebraat and @deltajuliet7362, and the many, many stellar projects and people building on the Network.
Today, we are sharing a bittersweet update on PGN's future. Since launching the Public Goods Network in July '23, our journey has been one of building and learning, fueled by the incredible support of the Public Goods Alliance, our community, partners, and of course @gitcoin.
It's not easy to admit when it's time to end something, especially when it starts with a lofty goal. Still, there's comfort and clarity in making a final call. This decision was based on multiple factors, which I plan to share, in the interest of education for other L2 builders.

I have many thoughts on L2s, both that they are critical to our collective crypto future, and that we have a long way to go. We currently have the building blocks required for our next wave of growth, and I'm excited for what's next - both personally, and for the industry.
Despite the challenges, having a network dedicated to public goods brought together the best people and projects, passionate about Public Goods. The silver lining lies in the lessons learned and the relationships formed.
As I support the wind down of PGN, I'm looking forward to what 2024 brings. Let's build!
