They have also advertised without any HRERA approval for Supertech Hues and Azalias Sector 68. A formal complaint to this effect and RTI is also there but no fine has been imposed for advertising without HRERA Regn.

@BloombergQuint Godrej Properties also has risk exposure in excess of Rs 4000 crore in the event of court action regarding land fraud in its Gurgaon projects. A case in this regards for one of its projects - Godrej Icon is pending before Punjab & Haryana High Court CWP17120 of 2020.

The Touchdown of Rafale at Ambala.

I would like to add, if it is anyone who should be worried about or critical about this new capability of the Indian Air Force, it should be those who want to threaten our territorial integrity.

The Rafale jets were purchased only because PM Shri @narendramodi took the right decision to get these aircrafts through an Inter-Governmental Agreement with France, after the long pending procurement case for them could not progress. I thank him for his courage & decisiveness.
