I get suspicious when I hear someone identify themselves as a "leader." More often than not, they're just a manager. Calling yourself "leader" is like calling yourself "king." It's meaningless. Both are attributes, not job descriptions, and they're conferred by others.

Every pair of kitchen tongs I’ve bought on Amazon over the last five years, which is ten of them, has failed at the hinge pin. Each were a different brand and labeled as dishwash safe. Feels like planned obsolescence. IKEA tongs I bought over a decade ago still holding strong.
