OK! The break is over, back to my work now, lots to do. Happy Holidays everyone!
Wow I did it! I am proud of myself. My 2 year old didn't make it easy. He kept diving on me because I am on the floor. But I got through it.
While on my break, I will go do my crunches now. Going for 300 today! I might surprise myself. Hope I don't pass out..lol.
I am thinking about video recording my exercise routine, then uploading them on the weight loss community daily. I think it's a good idea.
On a break! Just finished up cleaning my daughters' room, bathroom & playroom. A full day's workout is booked for me. No Treadmill today!
Writing about my new year's resolution. Losing weight is on top of my list. My goal is to have lost at least 50 lbs by this time next year.

I just finished doing 200 crunches instead...wow! I did 140 crunches flat on my back, then 30 crunches each on both sides. I feel great!
I'm about to do 100 crunches. I do 50 crunches lying fat on my back, then 25 crunches on my left side and 25 crunches on my right side.
