The shoulder is a magnificent joint in our body. It achieves incredible mobility without compromising its stability 🤸‍♂️🏋️‍♀️🤾‍♀️ This is due to our rotator cuff muscles. They are the small muscles of the shoulder that are in charge of keeping the arm in it’s socket 🤓
