Eastern Railways, almost 2 months back, was proudly proclaiming that it's all set to resume normal train services and only awaited a nod from the WB Gov. What bout 37305 Andolon Local from Hwh at 7:15pm? Each evening it stays "Cancelled"?! @RailMinIndia @EasternRailway

LCO refuses to register new selection for next month - straightaway said "can't change channels each month. once selected, you can change your selection after 3 months". Also, for an ala-carte pack of 50 channels, LCO denied and asked customer to enter channels himself @TRAI

Why don't you make it mandatory for cable tv companies to provide online channel/package selection for subscribers? Hathway hasn't done this yet and they do not have any such plans. LCO only has some packages and insists on opting any of them. @TRAI
