Gotta love how I can have side pain for ages from kidney stones and after two doses of Chanca Piedra, the pain goes away completely. Can't wait to pass the damn things, I've passed 4mm stones without feeling anything besides pressure.

Slept through an appointment I had with a sleep center today and can I just say that they were the nicest people ever when I admitted that? Turns out that they take a note and then wipe the no call no show fee off your books, and then tell you they're glad you're there.
