@Niva_Bupa Been with this for over 7 years. Filed a claim on June 29 & waited 2 months,they rejected it without a clear reason-DESPITE HAVING A DOCTOR'S LETTER THAT PROVES OTHERWISE.This has caused immense mental & financial stress for my family.WORST INSURANCE EXPERIENCE EVER.
