Three-days Farmers ' Skill Training under CBT organised by ESSPC, Hosur concluded today. Twenty farmers were exposed to various practical aspects of Ericulture in this training. Feedback were collected and certificates are distributed to the farmers.
Attended workshop on " Quarantine procedures on silkworm seed sector organised by CSB-SSTL, Kodathi, Bengaluru on 03.09.2024. Programme encompassed aspects of import & export of bio- materials. Outcomes definitely pave ways for formulating regulations fit for sericulture.
On 29.08.24, I visited MESSO: P2ESSPC, Hosur unit for the first time and saw the progressive approach of our team to produce quality Caster leaves for improved rearing traits and quality Eri silkworm cocoon generation. @csbmot @MssoSilk @IfsSivakumar
While inspecting the Eri silkworm seed production process at MESSO: P2ESSPC, Hosur, on 29.08.24, interacted with the team for possible ways & means to improve the fecundity, though the unit is surpassing the seed production target. @csbmot @MssoSilk @IfsSivakumar @TexMinIndia
