You can only serve justice to those that are above the lowest level of animal instincts, otherwise you will be wasting precious resources to reform that which irredeemable. God alone is able to resist the temptation of creating a spectre of common decency in those that tryto harm

I see Jamaica having the lowest crime rate in the Western Hemisphere of the world in less than 5 years. Give up the criminals among us, even if it is our brother or sister. It is better than living in prison than being killed by the police or a rival gang.
