Keeping in contact with loved ones is important, send a text or call, just to let them know you are there and to feel less isolated. I was on call with my friends most of the day, we were laughing, gossiping and having fun! Let them know you're there 💕 #BePositiveOutLoud

It's been just over a week since the accident and I'm starting to be able to walk better with the crutches and I'm getting more independent again. I also walked a couple steps last night without the crutches and managed to go out to my sisters show. I can do it #BePositiveOutLoud

So Charlotte (one of the admins) took a tumble off her horse earlier. Turns out, she's fractured her pelvis in two places. She is fine, just needs rest and pain meds, and she is still smiling!! 🥺🥰
