The Public Transit Authority (PTA) Building, the first office building in DOCA, is currently in the works. The Central Gardens metro station is directly linked to the atrium of the building.

A tree-lined public space along City Walk (a pedestrianised strip linking various city zones), at the main entrance of the future Business District. It acts as a buffer between the natural and built-up areas of the city, while allowing movement and interaction at the same time.

The Underground Market, built along the concourse of Central Gardens Metro Station, is the next stage of development in DOCA. Shown here is the food court with 10 stalls under construction. The market section is planned to be built on the opposite end of the station.

The general landscaping for Central Gardens has been completed, and work will now begin on the surrounding city areas.

The Metro system in DOCA will be kept simple, with only 1 line comprising 3 stations (from north to south, working names): Riverton, Central Gardens, and Trinity Square. Each station's interior will have a distinct colour for easy identification.

The Central Gardens Visitor Centre houses the park office and gift shop. Skylight is scattered with the use of leaves, while various plants are placed abundantly around the area to create a cosy environment.

Work on exits C and D of the Central Gardens Metro have been completed, while development on the east section of the park is still ongoing.

The eastern section of the Central Gardens is now in the planning stages, with a playground currently built. Some tunnelling works have also been done, among other developments made to the metro station.

Construction of the Central Gardens Metro Station platform and concourse is now underway. The station box is located directly under the Central Gardens, granting greater accessibility to the future adjacent city zones.

The metro station, which will feature shops and underpasses to the adjacent city zones, integrates architectural elements of the central gardens directly above it. Its bright green interior will make it distinct from the other metro stations when they are built in future.

Construction of the city commences with a park as a central public space dividing the business district and the low-rise residential/retail suburbs. The park is planned to have shops, a public space for performances, gardens, and entrances to an underground metro station.
