On this day in 2004 we received our first complaint from a Victorian public transport user. Since then, we've helped over 51,000 people & handled over 31,000 complaints. We’re very proud to be marking 20 years of fair & free dispute resolution services.

A reminder that a PT fares increase comes into effect this Saturday, 1 July. A Victoria-wide max. daily fare still applies but will rise to $10 (from $9.20) and $5 (from $4.60) for concession on weekdays. Fares below the cap rise too. See PTV for more: bit.ly/3JDJlyR

After several weeks of complaining: replacement stops at Burnley now with lighting! Great help from @ptovic to finally get Metro to take action. Unfortunately the subway is still dark af until someone takes responsibility.
