How does one grow their eyebrows out while simultaneously dealing with trichotillomania? Asking for a friend 🥴
Keen to find advice for helping my 12 year old daughter with #trichotillomania 🙏.
Getting a haircut at 3 today for the first time since my trichotillomania came back in full force.. Anxiety ridden and embarrassed for a whole salon to see what I’ve done to myself is an understatement 😭 Y’all please send good vibes my way that I can make it through today.

my mom just told me that i can control my trichotillomania by “thinking about how i’ll feel afterwards.” mother this is an impulse disorder not a quirky habit
So I have trichotillomania since I was in high school. I'm just gonna say it. If I knew how long covid and the lockdowns were going to last, I would have shaved my head to one, help with the impulse, and two, let my hair grow out evenly.
