@otdcltd @TourismDptt @odisha_tourism @IndianDiplomacy When shabby maintenance of rooms were questioned, got stock reply that the hotel is under maintenance. Sidarth Behara , assistant marketing manager, and Panda Babu, mismanaged my DREAM DISTINATION TOUR , under taken from 12th to 16th October 2022. They talked rudely.

@otdcltd @TourismDptt @odisha_tourism @IndianDiplomacy Ranjit Mishra who was manager marketing then , had no control over the staff, and he did not take any action, as his corrupt practices were known. LAGNAJIT ROOT, GM is totally ineffective and has not taken any action against the erring employees. He too does not attend to my call

@otdcltd @TourismDptt @odisha_tourism @IndianDiplomacy Dr Lenin MOHANTHY to whom my complaint was sent, assured me once, that he has ordered an enquiry, which was about one and half month ago. But every where due to deep routed corruption, issues are stalked. There is no follow up of the complaint. Mohanty is incommunicable as of now

@otdcltd :I had very very horrifying tour which was organised for my trip “DREAM DESTINATION CHILKA TOUR”between 12thOctober to 26th October 2022. My feedback and concerns were shared with them, but no reply till date,though more than one and half month had elapsed.Bad Management
