Naval is mistaken that you should focus on policies rather than people. Policies are just words, especially in an election year. It's easy to invent attractive-sounding policies. Whereas it's practically impossible for people to change their characters. You already know this.

If the defender is retreating and goes straight up it should not be a block on body contact. @NBAOfficial please stop these calls. It slows the game down and rewards bad offense at the expense of good game flow from a fan perspective.
