@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet services down in Shankar Kalate Nagar, Wakad Pune 411057 since 10:30 am. Ur cust supp is unreachable. If connected, has no clue of d issue & can only update as WIP & will b resumed soon. 9+ hours of downtime on workday. Wow #ShaswatSharma

Out of 10-15 billing counter only 02 is operational at Wakad(Pune) location...As per the staff's others r busy in stock handling..Then why so many billing counters???This is everydays situation. kindly look into the same on priority... Customer are suffering ..Not acceptable

@JioCare Voice calls and Internet usage are impossible even with strong 5G/4G signals in Shankar Kalat Nagar, Wakad, Pune 411057. MyJio Customer Care is vague and non-committal about when issue will be even looked at or resolved. Please look into this urgently as it impacts WFH.

Just now received a call from MSEB cust care saying New electricity meter is not available with MSEB..It's been more than 18months chasing for replacement of faulty meter and get a standard reply of METER NOT AVAILABLE everytime.Only option left is to go to CGRF for resolution.
