2 days ago I registered a complaint regarding couldn't able to start my Ola scooter... Still no one call regarding this... Again I called to customer care after long 30 mins waiting got the call connected... But they are not responding...bullshit #OlaElectric

I given a complaint 1 week ago... No one call regarding this... Customer care executive initiate Ola care plus ...service person avail on 14th March...I accepted that...but no one called regarding this still am facing the issue... If going like this I ll fired my vehicle.worst..

I raised a complaint 15 days ago..no one is responding.. Then intiated RSA took my vehicle to the service centre.. almost 8 day's over now and still not responce from service center side..Worst Service centre Ola...

மதிப்பிற்குரிய முதல்வர் @mkstalin அவர்களுக்கு... எங்கள் பகுதியில் (குனியமுத்தூர் , கோவை) ஒரு சாலை கூட நல்லதாக இல்லை... எல்லா சாலையும் குண்டும்,குழியும், தண்ணீர் தேங்கியும் உள்ளது... பள்ளிக்குழந்தைகள் நிறைய பேர் சாலையில் விழுந்து விழுந்து செல்கிறார்கள்.. சாலை பணிகள் எல்லாம் 1/2

Without rectifying the problem the complaint has closed..What happened Ola Service team too poor..still I have not receive any call regarding this.I have Ola Care plus also No use..Almost 1 year still I have not receive RC copy for my Scooter. My 2 complaints still not solved

Without resolving problem updated as resolved.. poor service.Sunday I initiated the complaint Monday pick up the scooter..sterday service person said scooter is ready..again he called not ready.but in my ticket number showing as resolved... ticket number 4887786..@OlaElectric
