If you are serious about growth, start paying attention to who's around you. Do they really celebrate your efforts or only your wins ? Can they sit with you in silence or do they get uncomfortable when you are struggling? Your conversation with them are focused or distracted?

Missed one point about Debt, company has 70 crs debt which is not a long term debt. 70 crs debt is for working capital and BG limit only. Also this entire debt is secured against personal guarantee by promoters which shows how bullish & confident promoters are on their business.
