The airport staff abused my daughter and other passengers with rude language to the point where she was crying for two hours at the airport because of the stress and the staff did nothing to make the situation any better. They only made it worse with their horrible attitude.
the total unprofessional behavior of Al Express staff which is getting unwanted praise after being taken over by Tata. There is no change at all, the staff act like they own the airline.
And nobody is being helpful at all. At a very tough time financially we managed to book tickets for my daughter to travel and this is how the government loots money from the common man?
Even worse, the AI Express staff refused to give any information on ticket refunds etc… and the call center staff redirected us to the airport who then redirected us to the call center. They told us we can only get the airport tax refund for something that is not our fault.
Although they religiously blame the UAE authorities for this test, at end of the day the so called Micro Health Lab is only minting money from common man.
The staff at the airport and lab were extremely rude and unhelpful including the airport manager, they kept trying to push the passengers physically and did not provide any information on next steps.
The result being positive wasn’t the problem but the staff at Micro Health Lab said they know how to make results positive. Some passengers who had a negative result first were made to take a second test and that came back positive. This shows that there is something fishy.
Scamming people with Rapid PCR test at TRV airport!!! My daughter had a flight to DXB today and had a connection to USA on Sunday. Did two RTPCR test from a lab the result was Negative. Went to Airport paid Rs1200 for a Rapid test and the result was Positive.
