We live in an era when it is safer to fly in an airplane 30,000 feet above the ground than it is to walk down the street. We must do everything we can to cut fatalities on our nation's roadways.

It was a great honor to be sworn in today by @SecretaryPete along with @Pollytrott as the Administrator of @FMCSA @USDOT. It is a career pinnacle to serve under such extraordinary leadership, and the work is more meaningful and fulfilling than I could have ever imagined.
