Skinmakers, have you ever experienced burnout, and how did you deal with it? I feel like I'm stuck in a dead end and can't find a way out
@reactrrr Burnout is real....especially in times where you feel like you're not progressing. Usually in times like these I take a break from it for a month or two and work on other projects I enjoy. I also enjoy a lot of outside activities which usually helps.
@reactrrr Я рядом! Я спасу, только позвони мне и мы всё решим.
@reactrrr It took me about three months to heal from it. Go to the forest, a lake, or somewhere in nature, where you just walk for an hour every day. Don't compare yourself to others, just look at your skins and be proud of yourself. Do it for fun and take it easy 🫂
@reactrrr Hello, my friend. I usually go out into nature to contemplate the landscapes - it fills me up. Also, communication with friends. Burnout happens to everyone, the main thing to remember is that it is temporary. I look forward to new works from you!
@reactrrr Humor helps me a lot. Watch a funny movie.. or maybe make a project that you find funny. I often find making something funny is very motivating.
@reactrrr I would suggest taking some fully committed break and not thinking about it for a while then come up with something in a completely new direction to what you usually do which would make you excited about making skin again!
