Three-cueing opts for the opposite direction & then tutors have to undo an unhealthy reliance on pics etc.

I love how none of us would even consider hiring a 77- or 81-year-old, but it somehow makes sense when talking about the most powerful job on the planet?
This sounds like a must-listen.
