We need to work with what we have, instead of wishing we could “upgrade”. It often does not result in the significant improvement you’d expect, compared to mastering the gear and tools you currently have.

One-person businesses don't have to do everything themselves. They work with other skilled individuals that complement their business. They form networks or tribes to help each other build their similar vision. Everyone maintains their autonomy. Collaboration > employment

This winter I spent taking images of the winter wonderland created by fresh powder dumping all over the Wasatch and ice sheets at our local frozen lake The next season is MILKY WAY. I’m stoked to chase the Milky Way all over the place with less snow and warmer temps.
