Mt Whitney. Seems like just yesterday. Believing I can still summit one more time. Checking with the rangers, every time I stop at the Visitor Center. Always surprised that none have ever tried. Always a reason. The old ones reminding the young, how small the window to try.

Two angels. One with her wings, the other soon to have hers. What a miracle, that God blesses us with children. And the Holy Spirit guides us in guiding them. All of us having a window of opportunity. A vapor of time, to discover the love of God, letting it transform us.

How blessed am I? She is my everything. Whom God created, and literally delivered to my doorstep. The one who bore my progeny, the souls He trusted to us. Now with their own. I search for her in the mountains. And find her seeking as well. Heaven. Just beyond. But, not just yet.

Sometimes, I look up, and 'see' the evidence of God. Not in the plane. And not so much the moon. But the way He put them together. In a moment of wonder. Where all things are possible. Peace on Earth. Joy among men. Where everything is right. Some day. I know it will.
